Enrollment Policies
Enrolling at Little Explorers means putting your child's growth first!
- Peace of Mind: This will become evident the minute you enter our warm, safe facility, and speak with our staff. You will simply feel good about leaving your children with us. We’re licensed by the State of Texas.

- The Best People, Part Two: Our staff is thoroughly trained for emergencies, holding regular mock drills, and the majority of them are CPR certified. They are also trained in First Aid and recognition of Communicable Diseases / signs of child abuse.
- Proven Curriculum: We follow the MONTESSORI, REGGIO EMILIA, STEAM and ABC MOUSE Curriculum's, which is the nation’s leading preschool and childcare curriculum. We focus on exploration through Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics.

- Excellent Food: Breakfast, lunch, dinner and healthy snacks are professionally prepared and served. We also use the freshest seasonal ingredients (local, if possible).

- 3. Immunization record including the child’s name, date of birth, address, dates of each immunization and the name of the health provider. This record must include a Physicians Stamp and/or Signature.
Enrollment Documents
In order to be enrolled in our Childcare, the following must be on file in the office and you will be required to update your child’s information, as needed, throughout the year:
Unfortuantely, we cannot guarantee a spot for a newborn or sibling to parents who have children already enrolled in our daycare program. Consideration and priority will be given when space is available.
Drop-In Policy
If your child is considered a Drop-In at Little Explorers Academy, you are required to pay a Deposit of $30 per child, up front for each day they attend our preschool center. There is a limited space available on a daily basis; therefore, we cannot guarantee that space will be available for your child. We request that you register and pay online through this website to secure your spot. You may also call our preschool center before bringing your child to inquire about available space, 281-547-8989. You will not be required to pay the registration fee before your first care session.
Schedule Drop-In CarePart Time Policy
If your child is part-time, you are required to pay for 3 days of the week up front (even if your child does not attend all three days). You will be required to pay the registration fee. Your child is considered part-time if they are present at least 2 days of the week every week. There is a limited amount of part-time space available for each childcare classroom. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a spot for your child. If your child attends our preschool center more than 3 times a week, you will be required to pay the full-time weekly fee.
Removal and Withdrawal Policy
Little Explorers Childcare Center reserves the right to permanently withdrawal of a child or family from our daycare center. A child or family will be requested to leave our childcare center if problems cannot be successfully resolved or if our policies are continually violated.
A two week notice should be given in writing before pulling your child out of Little Explorers Preschool. If there is no notice, you will be required to pay a termination fee. If your child is removed or withdrawn from our daycare, you will not receive a refund if there is a credit on your account. (Regardless if a notice was given.)
Age Specific Programs Schedule a TourTuition and Fees
Tuition is due on or before each Monday. Post-dated checks are not allowed. It will be considered late if not paid by Wednesday at pick-up. A late fee of $25 will be added to your bill.
